Two great Pinterest finds combined to make an amazing dinner

I had a roast in the freezer, so I decided to work on perfecting an idea I have used a few times now that I found on Pinterest for a slow-cooked roast. I ended up perfecting it to rave reviews from the entire family tonight. I used 7 pickled banana peppers, an envelope of McCormick's Savory Pot roast Seasoning, and a stick of salted sweet-cream butter. That's it, and it was amazing! I turned the roast once to make sure that great flavor from the jous the roast created got soaked into the entire roast.

For the potatoes I used a mix of new potatoes and yukon gold, just because that is what I had. They came out great as well.
