Wheat and Gluten Free Bacon Cheeseburger Upside Down Pizza

Saw this idea at allrecipes.com and thought it would be good tonight with the wife working late.  Kids loved it.  

It was a nice combination of flavors, and went together real quick and easy.  I'm sure the kids will want it again.
